Kelly Fosdick

Kelly Fosdick was born in Fort Benning, Georgia in 1970. As the daughter of an Army colonel, she lived in many places. Her family of six settled in San Antonio in 1980. After high school graduation from Robert G. Cole, she moved to Austin and attended the University of Texas. She played intermural sports and participated on the UT gymnastics team. After completing her degree in kinesiology, Kelly began her career in the health and fitness field. After three years of doing clinical exercise rehabilitation, Kelly launched her personal training business in 1997, specializing in injury rehabilitation, prenatal/postpartum exercise, and general fitness. In addition to personal fitness training, Kelly conducted several triathlon training groups and company fitness programs.

Kelly moved back to San Antonio with her two daughters in 2007. She has been working for Airrosti as a Certified Recovery Specialist since August 2007. She converges her knowledge of personal fitness and injury rehabilitation to provide patients with the means to keep their musculoskeletal system healthy and at peak performance.

When she's not at her daughter's soccer and basketball games, Kelly drags her girls to the gym. She enjoys cycling, running, swimming and jumps at any opportunity to participate in organized sports. She spends a lot of time in the great outdoors with her two daughters, Emma and Josie, soaking up the Texas sun.

Kelly has a BS in kinesiology from the University of Texas in Austin. She also has teaching certificates in special education and physical education. In addition to being an Airrosti Certified Recovery Specialist, Kelly is also a certified personal trainer.
