My Health Portfolio is for established patients who have been given access with a login name and password. The Medical Assistant of your Physician will offer you access and give you a login name with your permission.
You can access information about your lab results, check your vital signs, review your office visits, check your insurance coverage, request medication refills, request appointments, and even compose mail to your doctors for any other requests you have. This abides by HIPAA guidelines and your patient file is kept confidential. Only the patient has access to these files because the patient creates his/her own unique password once the login name has been established. Please request this from your Healthcare Professional next time you are in the office.
